Small producers in Sabah get a boost as Wild Asia reaches some major milestones. This Easter, we completed our disbursement of funds raised through the RSPO Green Palm Certificates; we signed a very important memorandum of understanding with Wilmar International; and we have identified a pilot group of small growers in Tawau keen to meet the requirements of RSPO.

Wild Asia’s Group Scheme for Small Producers is a unique initiative in the palm sector to support small producers to meet the expectations of the global community. With pilot groups in Malaysia, the scheme is currently expanding its models to cover larger small producers in Sabah and exploring opportunities to extend our reach to new palm producing countries.
